awww but u know if you get paid to ride then your considered a professional?? and no longer an amateur? (not trying to be rude! )

ya i hate that rule i love riding peoples ponies but i can never get paid hahaha but it's still fun

yeah ive always wanted to. but i personally we should be able to be paid. i mean it shouldnt be so easy not to be an amateur anymore ughhh i hate it

yeah. but think of it that you are getting to be a better rider. or get other things, like food. they cant bust you for getting food as a present from someone whose pony you happen to ride. or swag. but idk if they would get you on swag

i dont think you should become a professional just from riding a pony/horse..and getting paid

except for thats KINDA the definition of professional. and adults that pay kids that compete can get in serious trouble for it. i think they can get suspended. not that we're strick about it CHSA, but a shows probably are

yeah def. a shows. but i mean i think there should be an age limit as to when you can become a professional. like 18+ if you accept money then you are a pro

wellll....from my understanding, for the NCAA Equestrians, you can't accept prize money that exceeds your spendings or soemthing like that

what i did about getting paid to ride people's ponies is like people would like give me really nice birthday presents or christmas presents or something. so i still got stuff out of riding their ponies but i'm not a professional
